What started as a boss and bartender friendship between Tom McGill and Chris O’Neal grew into something far bigger than either of them imagined. Years behind the bar taught them more than how to pour a perfect pint — it showed them the magic that happens when strangers become friends, and friends feel like family.

With that spirit, Tom and Chris took a leap of faith and opened McNeal's Tavern, blending Irish tradition with Texas warmth.
